The Challenge
A Surat-based textile exporter with 15 years of experience was struggling to generate international inquiries digitally. They had a basic website that listed their products but had no country-specific pages, no export certifications displayed, content written for a domestic audience, and no clear way for international buyers to submit detailed inquiries. Their competitors — several newer companies with better websites — were consistently appearing above them in international search results.
Our Solution
We built a fully international-facing website with dedicated landing pages for their top five export markets: the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, the UAE, and Australia. Each country page was written with the local buyer in mind — addressing their specific requirements, payment terms, lead times, and compliance needs. We structured a comprehensive product catalogue covering their fabric categories, created a multi-field export inquiry form that captured buyer location, product requirements, quantity, and timeline, and prominently displayed their export certifications, FIEO membership, and years of international experience.
The Results
The client received their first international inquiry through the website within 45 days of launch. Over the following six months, they averaged 8 qualified international inquiries per month — a 180% increase over their previous digital lead volume.
