1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Skyline Studio (operated by Skyline Studio Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms form the basis of our working relationship and are designed to protect both you and us by setting clear, fair expectations from the outset.

We have written these terms to be straightforward and reasonable, avoiding the kind of one-sided fine print that benefits only the agency. Our goal is a transparent partnership built on mutual trust, and these terms reflect that philosophy. The specific details of any project are further defined in the individual proposal or agreement we provide for that project.

2. Services

Skyline Studio provides website design, development, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for your project will be detailed clearly in your individual project proposal or agreement, including exactly what is included, the agreed timeline, and the total cost. We deliver what we agree to deliver, and any work beyond the original scope is discussed and agreed with you before it is carried out, so there are never unexpected charges.

3. Project Process

Projects begin after we agree on the scope and receive the initial payment. We follow a structured, proven process consisting of discovery, design, development, testing, and launch. We keep you informed and involved at each key stage. Timelines provided are good-faith estimates and may vary based on project complexity and how quickly content and feedback are provided, but we always communicate clearly about any changes to expected delivery dates.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required to begin work
• The remaining 50% is due before final launch/delivery
• For larger projects, milestone-based payments may apply
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

We accept payments from both domestic and international clients through convenient methods, which we will arrange with you. All payment terms are agreed and confirmed in writing before the project begins, so there is complete clarity about amounts and timing from the start.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure your project is delivered smoothly and on time, clients agree to provide necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines accordingly. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they provide and for the accuracy and legality of that content. We are always happy to guide you on what materials we need and when.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. Skyline Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance and updates are available through separate maintenance agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skyline Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers work already performed. Refunds for any remaining balance will be assessed based on work completed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
